{Renegade Treasures-Day 1}

This past weekend, Sunday or Windyday to be exact, pal Robin and I conquered Renegade Craft Fair. This is not your Grandmother's craft fair--no plastic canvas or creepy yarn dolls staring back at you, nope this had other kinds of creepy dolls staring back you and thousands of other really cool, must-have treasures. For the next two weeks, I am going to feature the artisans which had the kind of stuff I wanted to take home. I'm sure you will find their craft worthy of yearning too.

Today's artist caught my eye because she had these tiny little world sitting atop a pincushion in a teacup. How adorable and clever are these pincushions by Mimi Kirchner?

Throw out your tomato pincushions pronto and get yourself one of these!

  1. yup, i do have one of those tomato pin cushions!

  2. me too, but aren't these great!

  3. It was wonderful to meet you in Brooklyn! I have (finally) been going through the business cards that people gave me or I collected- what a nice surprise to find this post! I love my beautiful jellyfish moo card :-)
