{smooth and mellow witha hint of seduction}

The other night my friend and I took a Wine Appreciation class at the local community college.

Some of the wines we tasted were:

Whites Wine
Honey Moon - by Trader Moon - a Viognier - 2008.

Charles Shaw - a Chardonnay - good to eat with apples - 2008

Rheingan - 2007 by Resling Spatlese - late harvest Maximilian Ed. (pretty sweet)

Red Wines
Blue Fin a Pinot Grigio 2008

Chateau Du Buisson made in the Bordeaux region 2008 - good with heavy, fatty meats

Chianti Gactano D'Gquino - Italy 2008 - good with pizza or red pasta

Lindeman's Shiraz Bin 50 - 2008 - good with dark chocolate.

After we tasted all of the wines we were told all of the wines were bought at Trader Joes and were under $10.00. Not all Trader Joes sell wine.

Happy tasting!
